StoryAndTale is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized children's storybooks based on inputs provided by parents and guardians. The Service includes story generation, a personal story library, community story sharing (optional), and delivery of stories via web, PDF, and other formats.

• • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its AI outputs at scale
• • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

• • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for new subscribers

All generated stories pass through an automated safety review to ensure age-appropriateness. If you encounter content that seems inappropriate, please report it at admin@storyandtale.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.
